Delicately styled with fruit, soft tannins & light oak. This wine wants you to know that "Life is a bowl of cherries." A nice supple mouthfeel with just enough brightness to make this the perfect summertime red. This is a great wine to complement almost anything off the grill and with more time in the bottle, you will see it soften nicely. Don't be afraid to pair this wine with something that's traditionally paired with a white wine! WINE SPECS:
Vintage: 2019 Varietal: Pinot Noir Appellation: Finger Lakes Harvest Date: Oct 1, 2019 Acid: 7.1 pH: 3.5 Fermentation: Malolactic fermentation on skins until dry, punched caps 3 time/day Bottling Date: March 4, 2021 Residual Sugar: 0.0 Alcohol: 12.5 Food Pairing Notes: Pairs nicely with grilled vegetable & fish dishes, as well as savory pasta & poultry entrees. Don't be afraid to try it with something that's traditionally paired with a white wine! Vineyard, Production, & Winemaker Notes: Pinot Noir is the first grape to ripen and so has the shortest growing season. This fruit is very delicate, so we hand pick these grapes. Aged in a combination of French oak and older American Oak barrels. Grace House is our delicately styled Pinot Noir. Medium-bodied and flavorful on the palate, possessing a full bouquet of raspberries and blackberries with a spicy note of cinnamon. Cases Produced:Produced 274 cases.

Was happy that Wagner can now ship to NJ. I remember having this wine at the tasting and really enjoyed it. Subtle, light, almost like a dry rose. Yummy! Will satisfy the red or white wine drinker.

Smooth, dry red that pairs great with sharp cheeses and dark chocolate.
