Grilled a steak and added au poivre sauce to it. Had the requisite veggies and opened the Merlot. What a pleasant surprise! One glass was not enough. Fruity without being cloying and the finish is so smooth you won't have to the "pucker-face" that other red wines cause. I will definitely order more. Wish the bottle was larger so I could have poured more for myself and guests!
