The 2022 Cabernet Franc envelops you in all the trademark aromas and flavors of our signature red grape, with an added level of concentration due to the drought conditions of 2022. This wine is bold and balanced, providing medium body and layered tannin while still below 13% ABV.

This very lightly oaked Cabernet Franc has nice medium body with beautiful tannins and notes of ripe blackberries, subtle spice, and vanilla with a beautiful finish. Cabernet Franc

The Cab Franc was amazing. Very smooth and light. My new favorite from Wagner...
My favorite red
From CC of Forest Hills, New York on .
This has been one of my favorite red varietals ever since I tried it at the Wagner vineyard nearly 20 years ago. Tonight, I opened up a bottle from the 2020 vintage and the aroma was intoxicating - full of red berries, lightly floral and some vanilla. The tannins have mellowed nicely, so has a very smooth, medium body.
Finger Lakes gem
From David LaMore of Marcy, New York on .
I’ve never developed a pallet for Riesling which is a shame being so close to the lakes. Then along came the Franc to save my local day! This is a household staple for us. Take advantage of another variety the local area has to offer. It’s not just local, it’s fantastic!
wonderful red

I bought this for my daughter - her favorite and fell in love with it myself. An excellent choice which often sells out.
bold & dry
From Lynn Schiavone of Allentown, Pennsylvania on .
I love this wine. It is dry just the way I like it. Has bold flavors and perfect for sipping and watching TV during this COVID 19 pandemic!
