Great Wine!

This is the 3 time I've had this wine (and the second time I had it delivered). It's consistently been a great buy and has great flavor. Serving it with cheese and crackers or a steak dinner works every time.
I highly recommend it to friends and family.

Our daughter gifted us a bottle for Christmas after she did some checking online and found Wagner's Wines and Alta B. This is the same wine we had at their cafe in 2001. We ordered a case and are enjoying every delicious glass.

We love Alta B, I used to get it via a friend of mine Dave Wall who lives near your vineyard he would bring it to our hunting camp every year and I would have him bring a few bottles for me. This year due to the covid we will not be at camp so this was my first online purchase and I am happy to say it was uneventful the wine arrived in fine shape, I will be ordering more in the future.

This wine is a favorite of mine. I order cases of it because of its delicious taste and versatile application with many foods I enjoy. I even have had a glass of this for dessert, or with a dessert like a cheesecake. The sweetness leaves a beautiful fruity, thirst quenching finish, yet it is dry enough to have enough cut to go with the meats I often grill, and rich pasta dishes I sometimes make. My 81-year-old mother introduced me to this wine, and everything she raved about proved true. We have a glass together almost every night. Truly a wine that simply makes you feel better, thank you Alta B for giving us such a diligent son, this wine would make a mother proud indeed!

I loathe dry wines, & much prefer a full-bodied sweet wine. My husband loathes sweet wines & much prefers dry ones. We both love Alta B; we drank it at room temperature with homemade avgolemono soup, & they were a perfect pairing. The bright lemon zest carried over in our sip of the rich red wine. It’s too bad that I’m full... I just want to keep eating & drinking all night. 😋
